These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Counci Courier (the “Service”), an email distribution platform. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be authorized to send email on behalf of any organization you configure.
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), to send content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringing, or to send to recipients who have not consented to receive mail from you. You must honor unsubscribe requests and applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM and similar regulations. We may suspend accounts that generate excessive bounces or spam complaints.
You retain ownership of the templates, lists, and messages you create. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and transmit that content in order to provide the Service.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
